Phoebe has been a part of the Spark Team since 2019, recently being promoted to Senior Workforce Manager.
Her day-to-day job entails a mix of office work and occasionally on-site work depending on the time of year. Phoebe offers support to the workforce team and manages their workloads. She oversees the rostering of all of our events and assists with the communication to staff. (All while listening to Taylor Swift!)
Here’s what Phoebe has to say about her job…
What do you love about your role?
I love the people that I get to work with both in the office and out on events. My job is so great because I get to meet so many incredible people. I also find it very rewarding to see the smiles on the faces of our staff when they get to work in a role that they really enjoy. I’ve had so many “pinch me” moments getting to see the behind the scenes of some of my favourite venues and events.
Why do you enjoy working in Events?
I love the atmosphere of events, everyone is there because they want to be. The passion of the fans is something that always draws me in, people coming from all over the world to get a glimpse of something they’re passionate about is always fun. Events are such a happy place and something that I have enjoyed ever since I was little. I like watching people’s faces light up when they talk about their favorite event.
