Workforce Coordinator
Oscar has been a part of the Spark Team since 2021, specifically the Workforce Team.
With a demonstrated history of working in the events services industry, and a strong human resources understanding, Oscar is predominately responsible for rostering events and communicating with our fantastic staff database. His number one priority is ensuring we are always delivering our best team for our clients!
Currently studying for a Bachelor of Business & Sports Management, Human Resources Management and services at Victoria University, Oscar also works closely with the Sydney team (VIPeople) despite being based in Melbourne.

Why do you enjoy working in Events?
Working in events is amazing! The atmosphere and energy around events is unrivalled. Every single person at an event is stoked to be there and you are always witnessing great moments and memories.
